In February 2014, Legacy Homes Ltd. took over the exclusive distributor rights to sell Maple Leaf Modular and Mini Homes in Prince Edward Island from Apex Homes (P.E.I.) Limited. It is a goal of Legacy Homes to build on the great working relationship that has been established between Apex Homes and Maple Leaf Homes and to ultimately become the top-selling distributor of mini and modular homes on P.E.I. Given the awards that Maple Leaf Homes has won over the last number of years, and Legacy’s commitment to provide high quality service to our clients, we believe this is an attainable goal!

Legacy Homes is located at 12745 St. Peter’s Road in Ten Mile House, Prince Edward Island, only a short 10 minute drive east of Charlottetown. If you had stopped by Apex Home’s in the past, but didn’t quite find what you are looking for, why don’t you stop by again? We would love the opportunity to introduce ourselves and perhaps show you some different options you may not have realized were available to you. You can even take a tour of any of the model homes located on the property.
